To turn the device ON – push the On/Off switch toward the body of the device. The red LED light blinks,

then stays continuous on. It may go off after a period of time.

To turn the device OFF – Push the On/Off switch away from the body of the device. Wait 30 seconds for

both LED lights to go off.

Slide the interface connector window to the left.
Remove green reset plug by lifting the plug upward.
Align the charger receptacle to the connector by aligning the key to the key-way and gently pushing down until it stops.
Ensure the plug is stable.
Switch on charger or plug it in and leave it to charge for a minimum of 3 hours.
Remove the charger and power down the unit. The LEDs of the SLM should turn off after 30

seconds.

Close the flip cover of the SLA.
Loop the string on the reset plug onto the stainless steel wire rope to keep it with the unit.
Thread the stainless steel wire rope completely through the locking hasp of the shipping container.
Push the stainless steel wire rope into the top of the SLA as shown in Figure 4 and continue to push downward until the end of

the wire rope appears through the bottom hole in the device. 5. Pull back on the wire rope to seal the lock as shown in Figure 5.
